How We Work Together

Our process is designed to feel manageable, not overwhelming. Here’s what you can expect when you choose to work with us.

1

We Listen First

You tell us what you’re noticing, what you’re wondering about, and what you hope for your child. We hear not just the words, but the heart behind them.

2

We Observe & Understand

Through play, interaction, and careful observation, we get to know your child as the unique person they are — not just their challenges.

3

We Plan Together

Your goals become our goals. We create a plan that fits your family’s life, not the other way around.

4

We Grow Together

Progress isn’t always linear, and that’s okay. We celebrate small wins, adjust when needed, and stay connected throughout your journey.

“I didn’t know therapy could feel like this. My daughter actually looks forward to her sessions, and I finally feel like we have a roadmap instead of just worrying.”

— Parent of 3-year-old client

Questions Families Often Ask

We want you to feel informed and confident about starting therapy

Trust your instincts. If you’re noticing differences in how your child communicates, eats, or develops compared to peers — or if mealtimes are consistently stressful — it’s worth exploring. Our $79 consultation will help you understand what you’re seeing and whether therapy could help.
We operate as a private-pay clinic, which means you pay at the time of service. However, we provide detailed superbills that many families successfully submit to their insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. We also accept HSA and FSA payments.
Every child’s journey is unique, but many families see meaningful progress within 8-12 sessions. We believe in efficient, effective therapy — not endless appointments. We’ll regularly review goals and progress to ensure therapy continues to serve your family well.
We provide services for children from birth through age 18. Our lactation consulting serves mothers and babies of all ages, while our speech and feeding therapy adapts to meet children where they are developmentally.
We prioritize relationships over rushed appointments. Our family-centered approach means you’re truly part of the therapy process, not just watching from the sidelines. We also believe in small caseloads so each child gets the individual attention they deserve.
Your consultation is a thorough, unhurried conversation about your child. We’ll discuss what you’re noticing, observe your child through play or interaction, and help you understand what we’re seeing. You’ll leave with clear next steps, whether that’s therapy, additional resources, or simply peace of mind that your child is developing typically.
